Petra Jewelry offers shipping via Canada Post. The following shipping costs apply to orders shipped only in Canada, United States.
- Canada Post $19.99 Standard Shipping-no tracking number-7-15 business days
- Canada Post $58 Expedited Shipping- with tracking number – 4-7 business days
* At this time we only ship to the following countries: Canada, United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico), Europe, United Kingdom and Australia.
* In case of Canada Post disruption, you will be notified by email that your order will be shipped by a different courier at no extra charge.
* We are not responsible for any delays or disruption of the service after the order has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost items in the mail, if ever.
* All overseas orders are subject to additional charges based on the country’s taxes. Petra Jewelry is not responsible for any additional charges, such as duty and tax fees. These charges are to be paid by the customer upon delivery of the goods.
* All items are handcrafted so please allow up to 2 weeks in case of a special order.
* We can alter and customize any piece to your liking. There might be additional charges for certain material. 
* Currency used on petrajewelry.ca is in CAD Dollars
