Each piece of jewelry is made to order. Please kindly allow up to 14 days from the date of purchase for orders to be made and shipped. Most orders will ship within 3-4 business days. All shipping fees are not refundable. 
Petra Jewelry collections are handcrafted to order. We do not accept Returns or Exchanges and all online sales are final.

Repairs 

If there is a craftsmanship defect to your order, we will gladly repair your jewelry depending the complexity of the materials. We will only repair jewelry made of precious metals, such as sterling silver, and gold fill.

Store Returns 

If you purchase Petra Jewelry from any of the retailers that carry our collections, please consult the store policy on exchanges and returns.

Product Care

• Please handle your jewelry with care. Sterling silver, gold plated over brass, vermeil and gold fill will not tarnish if you avoid exposure to water, colognes and other chemicals. Wipe clean your jewelry with a soft cloth and keep it in a jewelry box or jewelry bag to maintain shine.
• Our favourite materials include natural stones, pearls, semi precious stones, rosewood, crystals, and shells. Due to the natural state of the stones, no stones are alike. They will differ in shape, size and colour. All jewelry are handcrafted and each material such as stones, pearls, shells, crystals and shells are unique and original in shape, size and colour.
